The Re-Invention Room

2016 04 2908.53.222016 04 2908.53.40
9/9/16  I've been investigating the high street as new colours and styles take prominence for Autimn/Winter 16/17 and see a real change with mustards, rusts and khaki being most dominant.

These items are pictured in Marks and Spencer Stirling where the clothes are very reasonably priced this season.

I think Marks and Spencer can be great for some wardrobe basics but have to say that Zara also has a great selection of affordable and very stylish basics.

If you're looking for something a bit more dressy and feminine Monsoon is looking good, but remember you'll need to go further afield or online as we no longer have one in Stirling.

Pleated skirts are huge this season but take care...

swish night

27/8/16 Last night I was hosting a Swish or clothes swapping night in Dunblane for Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland. We raised £400 and great fun was had by all, trying on different clothes and accessories and I was able to offer some great style advice to the guests.

16/8/16 It's been a very busy Summer here at The Re-Invention Room as I have been shopping in Stirling and Glasgow with clients who are looking for a new look with some bargains in the sales. It always makes me smile when I see clients finding some great new styles and colours at very low prices

Check out Monsoon and Hobbs this week as prices drop again and Sainsburys have 25% off all clothes from today - I will be in store in Stirling on Saturday between 1-3pm if you need some help with your choices.

However last week's poor weather got many of us thinking about clothes for Autumn/Winter - read my newsletter here for a preview

Monsoon sale

18/7/16 The summer sales are in full swing here in Glasgow and with a warmer week forecast ahead there has never been a better time to shop for summer clothes.

Remember the price on the tag is not always the actual one - often items have been reduced further but the asssitants maybe haven't had time to adjust.

If you would like to take me with you to avoid those mistakes and blunders give me a call 07933 911522. I would be delighted to help!

Maxi dresses

27/6/16 A very busy weekend with a Wardrobe Workout in Edinburgh on Friday, followed by Personal Shopping in Glasgow yesterday.

The shops were execptionally busy but we managed to find a new look for both work and leisure.

John Lewis was pretty good but check out Laura Ashley for quality professional officewear at great prices in their almost constant sale.

I was impressed with Monsoon also - always a great range of colour and great merchandising making it easier to shop.
